RORY ARMSTRONG

My Name is Rory Armstrong. Photography is a great passion of mine, ever since I was a young child being able to look through the viewfinder and frame life the way I inteprated it and document the wonders around me has always taken my attention away from everything else. Being able to show people an idea or a story through an image is something special.

 

Due to my immense love for photography I signed up for a University coarse under the faculty of creative industries I began studying photography. Being at Uni introduced me into the wonderful world of film photography, film is now my number one choice when it comes to shooting. Whether it is 35mm or 120 medium format film has a place in my heart. I still see the need for digital but when it comes to non commercial photography I strongly believe film is the way to go.
